Finding time to commit to my fitness routine is important to showing up daily for my children, my husband, and my clients. I have found that creating intention and structure without holding myself to perfect standards has helped me stay diligent about getting movement in.

If there is anyone who understands the commitment it takes, it's me. That's why I commit to the classes I teach, and to the routine, I've established.
I especially feel passionate about helping other working moms achieve their fitness goals because so many times, it's easy to put ourselves on the back burner in the day-to-day while caring for our families. I know how important it is to take a little intentional timeout for yourself, too.
